As you know petrol prices have increased due to which Islamabad Metro Bus has also Bus ticket rates.
They said the plan will be discussed at the CDA board meeting, and the final decision to raise prices will be made in the next board meeting.

A confidential CDA official mentioned that the civic agency faces financial constraints in maintaining these buses with subsidized rates. He further emphasized that the escalation of fares for the Blue, Green, and Orange Line buses is an unavoidable necessity.
